Puggles

Our puggles are raised in a home environment and come to you socialized and pre-spoiled.

God Bless The USA

Our Troops are in Our Prayers!!!

We raise our puppies indoors as a member of the family.  They come to you pre-loved and have already had some training.

Did you know that Puggles are born with AND keep their precious wrinkled forehead?

Puggles can be colored fawn, black or tan with white markings.

Our puggles will be under 12" at maturity.  So... why not get two?

Don't forget to look in our sale barn for other four legged companions!

Puggles can be litter box trained!

Puggles do not have the roaming instinct of a beagle nor the  breathing issues of a pug.  Perfect complimentary breeding.

Our fawn pug stud, AKC & CKC registered Gentry's Heartbreaker Romeo (AKC reg# TN967574/03)  (ckc #PG-03285494) joined our family in February 2007 and is the current sire of our puggles and pug puppies unless noted otherwise.  DNA certificate # V185313.  He stands 10" tall and approximately 17-22 pounds. Romeo is a wonderful guy and has tons of personality.  Born December 27, 1999, he is 8 years old and has 37 verified champions in his pedigree.  Romeo has a mainly fawn pedigree (one black pug in 4 generations) and will therefore only sire fawn, apricot and golden pups unless bred with a black pug.  We like black pugs and puggles but find that we and our clients prefer the lighter coat with contrasting black facial markings.  Romeo has sired many litters of beautiful pug puppies many of which have gone into the show ring. This wonderful history has allowed us verify the quality of his pups and lack of genetic issues.   He's a true Romeo with the ladies, loves his job and is a great member of the family.

Manny

Pugsly x Littel Vixon

Sir Manny of Blue View, (Manny) is a 6 year old fawn CKC registered purebred Pug (#PG-02024199) and owned by Sherry & Mike Rowland of Indiana.  He was born Christmas Day 2000, stands 9 inches at the shoulder and weighs approximately 20 pounds.  Manny has sired many wonderful Pugs and Puggles, giving his progeny his color and wonderful temperament.  Manny has been siring Puggle pups for close to 5 years and all have been fawn or tan or golden. He does not have the color genetics to produce a black puppy.  All of his pups have been sound with no genetic defects. See the puppy page for some of his previous pups by Stitch.  Since Manny has sired some of our pups and may do so again in the future, we have him pictured here.

I'm not spoiled, am I?              Stitcher Britches May 2007

Stitch is registered with AKC & CKC as Quad R Right Eye Stitch.  AKC reg# HP11083101 & CKC reg# BE-02982371.  She is a purebred female beagle born July 1, 2004 and stands 12" at her shoulder. Stitch is a beautiful black, white and red girl with ticking on her legs.  She currently weighs 20-25 pounds and is a fun bundle of joy.  Stitch loves her kids, and loves to snuggle and be with her family.  Stitch does not hunt but has a nose for avid exploration.  She does not run loose on the farm for her own safety but has a blast during exercise.  We love our Stitch and what a momma's girl she is!  We've been asked if Stitch likes to howl a lot.  The answer is simply, no.  Unless Stitch is excited in play or playing hide and seek with our cat or other girls, you hardly know she's around because she's so quiet.  Stitch will bark if she's outside and wants to come in or if she thinks she's missing out on some fun, but she isn't what we'd call a howler. Stitch has her periods of energy during the day but once her family is home with her, she's a snuggle bug and just wants to be close.  Quite often she'll sit on my lap while I answer email. Stitch has proven to be an excellent mother with her Puggle pups, far exceeding our expectations.  She's a very loving and attentive mom.

Lilo

Town Branch Billy Boy x Jone's Little Lady

Lilo Looking Like an Angel August '06.   Lying in the grass May 2007

Lilo is AKC & CKC registered as NK Towns Little Lady Lilo. AKC  registration # HP19675102.  Our sweetheart is a black and tan female beagle with ticking on her legs.  She was born December 1, 2005.  She's a little girl who's absolutely adorable!!!!  Our family loves Lilo and we look forward to many years together.  She has an absolute ball out on the farm.  If allowed she'll run for hours so we keep her on a run line or enclosed area when outside.  Lilo stands about 11 inches tall at the shoulder and weighs approximately 15-20 pounds.  She follows us everywhere we go and is such a sweetheart.  She's a beauty packed FULL of personality. Like Stitch, Lilo barks when she's excited in play, or when we first get home.  Honestly, unless beagles are kept outside, they are not a noisy lot.  Beagles like all dogs are pack animals and love to be with people.  They bark to gain your attention, like almost any other dog would.  If they are hunting or playing, beagles will also howl but as a general rule, our experience says they're quiet.  Our girls are anyway.  When they DO howl, their voices usually bring a round of laughter from us because we know they're having fun.  When Lilo howls, she makes sure it's a good one and throws her entire body into it.

Meadow

Brandon L Stufflebeam x Princess Mercedes Stufflebeam

Photos taken May 2007

Meadow, AKC & CKC registered as Harleys Into The Meadow (reg# HP20045905) joined our family in February 2007 along with sister Dawn shown below.  Meadow is a beautiful Tri colored lady. She stands 12" tall at the shoulder and weighs approximately 20 pounds.  She was born March 11, 2006.  Meadow has a wonderful personality and is SUCH a snuggle bunny.  She's a beautifully expressive girl with lots of love and emotion to share.  She is not overly vocal and enjoys a great game of catch or chase.  She adores children and other animals.

Dawn

Brandon L Stufflebeam x Princess Mercedes Stufflebeam

Photos taken May 2007

Dawn joined our family along with her sister (above) Meadow in February 2007.  Dawn is tri colored and AKC registered as Harley's Delta Dawn (Reg # HP20045906).  She is a litter mate of Meadow and born on March 11, 2006.  She stands 11" tall at the shoulder and weighs about 20 pounds.  Like Meadow, Dawn is an energetic fun loving girl.  One of Dawn's favorite things to do is to jump on top of her crate and pounce on toys or her fellow friends below.  She loves children and gets along wonderfully with all two and four legged members of our family.  Dawn loves to be held and snuggle when she's not playing.  Dawn is not overly vocal but does get excited during play.  What dog doesn't? Dawnie had her first litter of pups in August 2007 - 8 pups in all.  One was lost because he was too large to pass resulting in a c section.  Dawn's enjoying her sabbatical and will hopefully have another litter in late 2008.  She's an awesome mommy and simply adores her babies.

Kentucky's Rolling Brooke

Brooke is a beautiful petite light tan, black and white female purebred beagle.  She stands about 11" at the shoulder, looks very similar to Lilo but has longer legs and a lighter head.  She has soft expressive eyes.  We welcomed Brooke into our program due to the terminal illness of her previous owner who raised and hunted beagles for 50 years.   Brooke's AKC papers & pedigree have been lost and can not be transferred.  As a result, she is only be CKC registered.  Prior to her owners illness, Brooke was started on hunting training and loves to track.  She's a sweet little girl who loves to cuddle, play and run.  Brooksie loves playing in and out of the house and has a great time with our family and her toys.  She's not overly vocal but does have a voice.  Brooke has a heart of gold and has a permanent place in our home.  She had her first litter in August 2007 consisting of 8 pups.  As expected, she is a loving and nurturing mom who loves her children.  With such load her first time, she handled herself like a pro!

Kentucky's Little Ricki

Ricki is a beautiful CKC registered tricolored beagle female.  She was born October 2005 and stands approximately 12" at the shoulder.  She's a bit heavier than our other girls and is on a diet and exercise regime.  Ricki's breeder never registered the AKC litter and was sold to her former owners as a companion without papers.  As a result, Ricki is only CKC registered but is a purebred beagle from registered parents.  Ricki is a fun girl who loves to play and snuggle.  She also likes to try and sweet talk you out of an added morsel.  We are looking forward to her first litter in 2008.

Otter Ridge Pepper

Pepper came to live with us in October 2007.  Born April 15, 2005 she's an AKC (HP16299801) & CKC registered black, white and tan female with black ticking on her legs.  Pepper was hunted and field trialed previously and has 110 points and earned her Little Pack Rabbit Championship.  Her sire has several best of show and hunting achievements.  Pepper is a little shy but has a loving and sweet disposition.  She has a chop mouth and really doesn't make much noise.  We are looking forward to her first litter in late spring 2008.

Kentucky's Ginger Snap

Picture coming soon

Ginger is a lemon, white and black AKC & CKC registered female.  She is the smallest of our girls standing 10 1/2" at the shoulder.  Her parents were tricolored 14" beagles so even though she is small herself, she carries the genes to produce larger pups.  Ginger was started as a pup but due to previous owners obligations was not hunted.  She's a sweet little girl and is adjusting very quickly to life inside our home.  We are expecting her first litter in 2008.
