Our Breeding Policy We do not breed our females unless we have deposits on an unborn litter prior to breeding. We do not "hold" deposit spots as receipt of your deposit determines your deposit position. If you decide to mail a deposit, someone could slip in front of you. If you wish to use paypal but have trouble with their system, we will be happy to send you an invoice but please do NOT send us your financial information. Due to liability and identity theft issues, any emails containing such personal financial information will be promptly deleted. Although the average litter size is 5-8 pups, we only accept 5 deposits on an unborn litter. In the event more pups are born than we have deposits for, we allow depositors on other litters to move up if they wish to do so before we contact our waiting list. Because we do this, we seldom have available pups upon birth. Therefore we strongly urge you to place a deposit if you desire a Kentucky Puggle. There is no commitment to be on the waiting list, however a $100 deposit guarantees your position to receive a pup. In the event fewer pups are born than deposits accepted, the pregnancy miscarries or the pup you choose becomes sick, injured or dies, those deposits can be refunded, moved to a later litter or we will help you find a suitable puppy from our breeder of choice. We do understand that life situations can change and should you need to postpone accepting a pup, we will hold your deposit for a future litter of your choosing. Should a depositor cancel their contract for any other reason, their deposit is nonrefundable. Specific gender choices must be noted on contract for any refund considerations. All depositors requesting a specific gender will have a pup of that gender "reserved" and all remaining pups can be chosen from in the order deposits are received. Deposit and Payment Information Waiting List requests are non committal and do NOT require a deposit of any kind. Only a $100 deposit will hold your position to receive a puppy and reserve one in your name. Those depositors are then placed on the list below. Puppy adoption price is either $650 or $800 depending on time of year as noted below. We do not "HOLD" deposit positions and they are available on a first come first choice basis. Paypal provides an instant deposit instead of waiting on postal mail to deliver a check or money order. Paypal is also set up to accept credit cards but we personally are not. If you'd like to use a credit card or desire proof of instant deposit, we encourage you to use paypal. Paypal also provides a receipt for your payment which we in turn confirm back to you through email. Please note that while some transactions may take several days to process completely through paypal's system, your deposit to hold a pup is counted the day you place it, not the day it is cleared. Many of our clients find it easier for their family budget to make installment payments on their pup rather than one lump sum upon pickup. We do allow you to do this but it is NOT required. Should you wish to make installments, please wait until the confirmed birth of your pup. If you wish to pay your final balance through paypal, please do so at least 5 days prior to picking up your pup and at least 10 days prior to the expected ship date of your pup. If picking up your pup in person, please bring your final balance in cash only. No personal checks or cashiers checks will be accepted. All final balances and shipping charges must clear before any pup will be released. In the event a pregnancy fails or the gender you desire is unavailable or the pup you choose become sick, injured or dies, your deposit can be refunded. We will also allow you to forward your deposit to another litter if needed. Should you cancel your contract for any other reason, your deposit is nonrefundable. Since we do NOT hold funds on paypal, the transaction would require us to transfer funds from a separate account. Please note that certain transfers may not be instantaneous and may take 3-4 days to process through paypal's system. Please use the Link below to go directly to Paypal. Information requests are non-binding of course, only a deposit reserves your Puggle so ask all the questions you'd like! Due to errors with our original Information request form, we have temporarily removed it from the site. Previously upon submission of requests, visitors were directed to the paypal site. We are trying to rectify the issue but in the interim please use the brief form below. We will answer all requests within 24-48 hours.
