Daisy
is a 1985 AQHA registered bay mare.
She is eligible for registration with both NFQHA
(approx. 84%) and WFQHA at 89.85%.
She stands 14.3 hands tall and weighs approximately 1000 pounds.
Daisy
has many notables in her pedigree such as Azure Te, Atlas Te N Te, Gold
King Bailey, Dynamo Leo and King Red Buck.
She displays a foundation build, is well mannered, loves attention
and runs with the speed of champions.
Daisy’s a pleasure to ride and is easy to get attached to.
She has not been shown. Daisy was primarily ridden as a trail
mare with her previous owners. Daisy
came to live with us in October 2000.
Her rear extensor flexor tendon was severed earlier that spring
when she became entangled in a fence at her former owners farm.
Daisy arrived at our farm with a severe stringhalt with her left
rear leg striking her abdomen. The stringhalt disappeared for a short
time, only to return again. It is at a much smaller degree than before, but she is not
currently ridden. She’s a
majestic lady and we strive to keep her healthy and happy and wait to see
